What is the Lock Doctor known for? We get the job done, and at the end of the day we have happy customers.

These guys saved me about $600!!! I am so happy! I thought I would have to get an entire ignition barrel/cylinder as other certified mechanics said that there is definitely a problem with your lock itself as it was assessed by several mechanics as a “bad cylinder”….. Not the case! The guys at Lock Doctor said that it might be possible the cylinder is bad, but let’s just try cutting your key to “code” (factory defaults). They did so and “VOILA”…. I can start my car every time with no problem whatsoever. Before, the key would stick and I would have to jimmy it just to get my car started. Even if I DO have to get a new cylinder down the road, the guys at Lock Doctor will simply “recondition” the existing cylinder and instead of roughly $700 for all new parts, I would only have to pay roughly $200…BIG DIFFERENCE!! I recommend Lock Doctor. You guys are great!!

These guys are amazing. My key was stuck in the ignition, I thought that I would have to get the ignition replaced. I called Canadian Tire, they said they do not do that but call the Lock Dr. in Kelowna. I called, explained what was going on, he had me go out to the vehicle and try a few things. It worked!!! Not only did he help me get it out but told me what to look out for if this issue continues. Very honest people. They could have had me come down and then charge me for a very simple fix. If I ever need any of the services that they offer I will absolutely use them. Honesty in today’s business world is a rarity. By their actions today, I know that they are trustworthy.

  Jeff was amazing for getting to my store after hours and on a weekend.
He was fast friendly super helpful. He explained everything and even came back to double check the install and  that we understood the directions
I even remember buying my safe from you guys (years and  years ago) and I still use it till this day
